| Major red Sea development proposed | | 21 Sep 2010 | | In a further boost for Red Sea tourist attraction Developers are proposing to create the world’s largest navigable lagoon at Sharm El Sheikh on the Red Sea Riviera, Egypt.
The proposal will feature 10 lagoons holding 100 hectares of water the project will be undertaken by Crystal lagoons corp with association with several real estate companies creating a massive tourist attraction which will feature beachfront properties and tourist facilities and aquatic sports centre all within the man made lagoon creating an artificial paradise.
The company already have projects underway in the United Arab Emirates were the technology is being tested, the projects confirms large scale confidence in Real Estate developments throughout Egypt which is seen as a growth area for property owners and tourists
