Dubai based property developer Damac Properties as announced that it as awarded construction contract for its Park Avenue Housing development of Villas and Apartments located on the outskirts of Cairo.

Park Avenue will be a community of over 1700 shops villas and apartments located in the area called New Cairo the construction contract has been awarded to SIAC who will begin construction on the properties.

The development will be constructed in three phases the massive scale of the project confirms Damac’s commitment to the Egyptian Real estate market and so far the project has been highly subscribed by worldwide property developers
