With Ramadan fast approaching the Egyptian tourism Authorities Chairman Mr Amr El Ezbi announced the forthcoming festival of “ Fawanees Ramadan Festival “ in conjunction with many other departments responsible for promoting tourism, the festival will start will decorated feluccas sailing down the nile from the Grand Hyatt hotel to the Kasr El Nil Bridge.

Egypt’s tourist bodies are keen to attract many overseas tourists through all of Ramadan to further boost impressive tourism figures for this year.

The festival will be the first of a four year theme by the Egyptian tourism board titled “Egypt’s spirit in Ramadan”
